David has developed a particular expertise in cross-border strategic transactions involving clients and counterparties in Europe, China, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East. David also advises clients regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the life sciences industry, including clients that employ their own proprietary AI platforms and those that partner with AI providers.
