Fabrizio Scaparro

Corporate and finance transactions, including M&A, private equity, capital markets and financing transactions. He regularly represents multinational corporations and private equity houses on a variety of domestic and cross-border business transactions, including acquisition, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, minority investments in public and private companies, and related corporate and securities matters. His activity includes also debt restructurings and corporate reorganizations, IPOs, rights and debt offerings and tender offers.

Fabrizio is a founding partner of Giovannelli e Associati. He worked at some of the most prominent international law firms in Milan and New York.

He graduated in law in 2003 from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
