His activity includes also debt restructurings and corporate reorganizations, IPOs, rights and debt offerings and tender offers.
Fabrizio is a founding partner of Giovannelli e Associati. He worked at some of the most prominent international law firms in Milan and New York.
He graduated in law in 2003 from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
