Andrew J. Dale is a partner in Ropes & Gray’s Hong Kong and Singapore offices and a member of the firm’s litigation and enforcement practice. He has over 20 years’ experience in Asia, representing U.S.-based and international corporations in arbitration, compliance matters, corporate investigations and litigation.
Andrew combines the perspectives of a seasoned litigator and an experienced investigations attorney to identify and mitigate potential fraud, corruption and other compliance issues. He looks to take an innovative approach to his matters, leveraging technology, applying behavioral sciences research and striving to find creative solutions.
His longstanding presence in the region makes Andrew well equipped to provide pan-Asia counseling, and he regularly handles matters in China, India and elsewhere in South and Southeastern Asia. Andrew also serves as a Steering Committee member of R&G Insights Lab, a differentiated solution for corporate governance and risk in complex business environments.
