A partner in Ropes & Gray’s private equity transactions group, Oliver works closely with leading private equity sponsors, asset managers and global investment banks on a wide range of M&A transactions, including cross-border buyouts, disposals and pre-IPO investments. In addition, he regularly advises on growth investments, co-investments and joint ventures, as well as other corporate transactions relating to Hong Kong-listed companies.
