Thierry Arachtingi

Thierry Arachtingi is a recognized leader in the French and European banking and finance markets. He focuses his practice on financing and debt restructuring.

Thierry has advised financial sponsors, corporate enterprises, financial institutions and debt funds on a wide range of financings for domestic and cross-border acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, tender offers, public-to-private transactions and private investments in public equity.
