Represents clients engaged in Brownfield redevelopment projects, environmental site remediation and cleanups, purchase and sale of real estate, businesses and companies, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and leasing of commercial and industrial facilities and properties. Expertise includes litigation, cost allocation and other proceedings under federal CERCLA and state Superfund laws.
