Chair, Energy, Renewable Resources & Sustainable Development Practice Group. Focuses in environmental and energy law, with emphasis on environmental permitting for redevelopment, environmental compliance and renewable energy projects. Extensive experience related to solar projects. Advises domestic and overseas businesses on state and federal environmental permitting, regulatory compliance and scientific data to manage environmental remediation, ISRA compliance, NJ Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting, air permitting, CAFRA permitting, waterfront development, wetlands permitting. Advises private and public entities in fossil fuel, liquefied natural gas and renewable energy industries in connection with acquisition, project management, development and permitting of energy facilities and related infrastructure. Environmental permits and approvals for projects and facilities including interstate pipelines, LNG facilities and independent power producers, overseeing all aspects including due diligence and coordination of stakeholders, state agencies and federal entities including the EPA and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
