Practice Areas

Co-Chair, Real Estate Department and Chair, Cannabis Industry Practice Group. Legal services emphasize industrial and commercial real estate acquisition, project financing, disposition and leasing; acquisition, redevelopment and disposition of environmentally contaminated properties; the impact of environmental issues on real estate and business transactions; urban redevelopment; cannabis (growing, processing and dispensing) related issues (including property acquisition, licensure, banking and finance); and sustainable development, including the use of renewable sources and solar EPC, lease, O&M and PPA agreements for solar projects.
