Legal services emphasize industrial and commercial real estate acquisition, project financing, disposition and leasing; acquisition, redevelopment and disposition of environmentally contaminated properties; the impact of environmental issues on real estate and business transactions; urban redevelopment; and sustainable development, including the use of renewable sources and solar energy; EPC, lease, O&M and PPA agreements for solar projects. Expertise in high-value and complex transactions. Provides counsel related to the business and legal impacts of a New Jersey-based cannabis industry.
