Chair, Litigation Department, Chair, Banking & Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Concentration in commercial litigation, emphasis on state and federal trial practice. Has tried over 75 jury cases to verdict. Defense of catastrophic injury and other high exposure cases in areas of negligence, public entity and professional liability, construction. Personal injury practice limited to plaintiffs in medical malpractice and significant injury cases. Also concentrates in representation of commercial and residential real estate developers in connection with design and construction defect litigation, as well as defense of claims brought under New Jersey's Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act and Consumer Fraud Act.

Career

Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Recipient of the Trial Bar Award from the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey for distinguished service in the cause of justice (2019).
