Concentrates in redevelopment, downtown/urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing/incentives, sustainable building, public-private partnerships. Experience with issues related to parking demand, design and construction in redevelopment projects. Has counseled developers and municipalities on numerous redevelopment projects throughout NJ and in over 30 Special Improvement Districts.
