Daniela has experience in advising national and international clients regarding controversies, and in resolving disputes through arbitration. Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she worked at a local law firm in litigation, national arbitration and dispute resolution in the Andean Community of Nations. Later, she worked in Switzerland at an international law firm in the international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration area.

She is a professor at the Procedural Law Department of Universidad Externado de Colombia. She is a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law.
