Andrea has 9 years of experience in the area of ​​labor law and social security, in the public sector as an official of the Judicial Branch and in the private sector as a lawyer for a labor law firm.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she was a Clerk, Senior Officer and Secretary of the Labor Courts of the Bogotá Circuit, she was also a labor lawyer in the judicial area of ​​a law firm.

She is a lawyer from the Universidad del Santo Tomas and has a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from the Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
