Daniel is a partner advising on planning and environmental law, with particular expertise in the consenting of major infrastructure projects.

Daniel is a partner in our Planning and Infrastructure Consenting team. He is experienced in all aspects of planning and environmental law and has particular expertise in the consenting of major infrastructure projects.

Daniel has acted on two of the most complex and high-profile projects to be promoted in recent years, leading the legal team on the Heathrow expansion programme and also advising on the Thames Tideway Tunnel from project inception through to consent and delivery.

Since qualifying in 2003, Daniel has dealt with a wide range of non-contentious and contentious planning and environmental matters across the transport, water, energy and waste sectors in the UK and Australia.

Daniel is a member of the Council of the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA).

Admitted as a solicitor of New South Wales, Australia (August 2003) and England and Wales (July 2014)
