Damian supports clients on all issues surrounding contentious real estate related disputes and advisory work.
A highly experienced Partner, he finds solutions to disputes and problems concerning property, but also advising clients on risk management and avoiding conflicts arising.
He has a distinguished track record for leading on complex, high profile and heavyweight disputes.
As well as handling property-related disputes, Damian also has a strong national reputation for his experience in advising on risk management/policy and in handling complaints and claims of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, acting for service providers and public bodies. That experience includes advising in connection with enforcement action from the Equality & Human Rights Commission.
Damian also has specific expertise in property-related contentious telecommunication matters and disputes involving the Electronic Communications Code having advised operators, occupiers and site providers over many years.
The Legal 500 UK refers to Damian as ‘an expert in telecoms disputes’ and notes Damian to be a key contact with a national reputation specialising in matters concerning the Equality Act 2010 and the Electronic Communication Code.
