KSB Partner Dagmar Dubecká leads the mergers and acquisitions team. She has extensive years of experience providing advisory services, particularly in M&A (across various sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, energy, IT, gaming, etc.) and corporate law. She is consistently recognized in these areas by international rating agencies such as Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, Legal500, and Who’s Who Legal. Dagmar has been repeatedly ranked among the most influential women in business in the Czech Republic in the prestigious TOP ženy Česka (Top Women of the Czech Republic) survey, as well as among the leading figures in Czech law in the Top 100 Women in Czech Legal Business ranking. Advising the Skanska Group on various acquisitions and intra-group transformations in the Czech Republic, including Skanska's acquisition of IPS, marking its entry into the Czech market.
Advising the Heineken Group on brewery acquisitions in the Czech Republic (including Krušovice Brewery), as well as on various intra-group transformations.
Advising the Mattoni 1873 Group on numerous domestic and international acquisitions and transformations, including the acquisition of PepsiCo assets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, and the largest Serbian mineral water producer, Knjaz Miloš.
Advising the Heidelberg Cement Group on several acquisitions and transformations in the Czech Republic, including one of the first transfers of assets to a majority shareholder conducted in the Czech Republic.
Advising the Bakala Capital Group on numerous acquisitions and transformations, particularly in the energy industry.
