We are a market leader in M&A, Corporate Law and Restructuring, advising on incorporating all kinds of Czech companies, legal and tax structuring, the sale and purchase of shares, enterprises (and their parts) and assets, corporate statutory matters, corporate restructuring (including mergers, demergers, spin-offs and changes of legal form) and related regulatory issues (in particular, competition clearance and listing rules).

KŠB is a recognized pioneer in the use of new legal concepts and transaction structures. Partner Jan Dědič is the author of the Mergers Act and co-author of the Corporations Act in force since 2014.
