We are a market leader in M&A, Corporate Law and Restructuring, advising on incorporating all kinds of Czech companies, legal and tax structuring, the sale and purchase of shares, enterprises (and their parts) and assets, corporate statutory matters, corporate restructuring (including mergers, demergers, spin-offs and changes of legal form) and related regulatory issues (in particular, competition clearance and listing rules).
