Co-head of KSB's Capital Markets and Banking & Finance practices, Martin Krejčí is experienced in domestic as well as cross-border transactions.

Recently, Martin advised O2 Czech Republic (telecommunications operator) on new syndicated financing, Arete Invest (real estate fund) on refinancing 11 real estate companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and one of the participants in the tender for the D4 motorway PPP project. He provided legal services to J&T Banka during various transactions (including real estate transactions and distressed transactions). Martin also advised Mattoni 1873 regarding the financing of acquisition of Pepsi’s operations in the Central Europe, and on financing of the acquisition of Knjaz Miloš, the largest producer of mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages in Serbia and the surrounding region. In the area of Capital Markets, Martin recently advised J&T Finance Group on issuance of perpetual bonds accountable as AT1 capital, and J&T IB and Capital Markets as the arranger of numerous bond issues.

He acted for many financial institutions, including the Czech National Bank, Česká spořitelna (Erste Group), Gorenjska banka, Bank of Ireland, Banka Creditas, Barclays Bank, Citibank, Raiffeisen Bank, and Wüstenrot.
