Courtney Posnik

Courtney R. Posnik is a member of Dentons’ Health Care practice. Courtney concentrates her practice on health care regulations, corporate transactions, and finance. Her experience includes counseling underwriters, lenders and borrowers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable financing and advising hospitals and health systems on complex health care regulations and licensure and certification requirements. Courtney has also counseled providers on fraud and abuse laws including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act.

Courtney graduated cum laude from DePaul University College of Law where she was an Editor of Articles, Notes and Comments of the DePaul Law Review and was actively involved in the Health Law Institute. She was the recipient of two CALI awards for receiving the highest grades in Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Transactional Legal Drafting.
