Costin Tărăcilă is managing partner of RTPR. Costin specialises in M&A, private equity, corporate and capital markets and commercial law related aspects. He is frequently advising a number of private equity funds on the acquisition and add-on acquisitions, restructuring and sale of companies, such as Enterprise Investors, Advent International, CEECAT Capital, Mid Europa Partners, Oresa Ventures, Resource Partners, 3TS.
Costin Tărăcilă is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. He is a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.
Costin Tărăcilă graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty in 2000.
