Poliana Gogu-Naum

Poliana Gogu-Naum joined RTPR in 2007. Poliana has experience and knowledge in various areas of law, such as banking & finance and general corporate and real estate aspects. She specialises mainly in advising domestic and international banks and borrowers on banking & finance matters, such as corporate finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance.

Poliana has been a member of the legal teams which advised several international banks in syndicated and bilateral finance transactions and in relation to real estate projects financing granted to reputed real estate developers and restructuring of the finance documents.

Poliana was awarded Rising Star for Romania at the inaugural 2019 edition of Europe Rising Stars Awards, granted by Euromoney Legal Media Group and Rising Star for Banking and Finance, granted by Expert Guides 2020, Euromoney Legal Media Group.

Poliana Gogu-Naum is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Poliana Gogu-Naum graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty in 2008. She also holds a Master degree in “Business Law” from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty.
