Roxana Ionescu is a Partner at RTPR. She joined RTPR in 2007. Roxana has experience in advising international companies on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, competition and labour law in Romania, as well as on data protection matters. Roxana has extensive experience in providing assistance in the merger clearance proceedings, as well as in relation to the investigations undergone by the Romanian Competition Council. Roxana offers day to day competition advice to clients and assist them in implementing competition compliance programs.
Roxana Ionescu is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Bar Associations.
Roxana Ionescu graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty in 2007 and she holds a PG Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
