BUCHAREST – RTPR Allen & Overy has advised AROBS Transilvania, a market leader in software products and services development, in relation to the acquisition of SAS Grup. SAS Grup owns alarma.ro and is one of the main players in the fleet monitoring solutions field in Romania. The deal was signed in August and closed in October.
