Alexandru Retevoescu

Alexandru Retevoescu is a partner of RTPR. Alexandru focuses primarily on banking and finance and real estate projects, having extensive experience in various real estate transactions, including office, logistics, residential, commercial, infrastructure, farmland deals. He has provided advice to major national and international banks in connection with real estate finance transactions, banking regulatory matters, corporate finance, leveraged finance and project finance transactions. Alexandru also has significant experience in the energy sector. He is also experienced at advising on debt restructuring matters and has prior experience of working on both formal insolvency and informal restructuring proceedings.

Alexandru Retevoescu is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. He is a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Alexandru Retevoescu graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty in 2000.
