RTPR announces a new series of promotions within its team of lawyers, shortly after the announcement regarding the appointment of Bogdan Cordos as Partner. Andreea Nedeloiu is promoted to Counsel, and Georgiana Verives, Irina Marinescu, Maria Luca, George Capota and Ion Arhiliuc become Associates.

Andreea Nedeloiu joined RTPR in 2012, as soon as she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iasi. Over the time, she has advised many clients in landmark banking & finance transactions on the Romanian market, as well as clients operating in regulated industries on various regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. Her focus is primarily on leveraged finance, real estate or agribusiness finance deals, both syndicated and bilateral, national or cross-border. Andreea has recently coordinated complex financing mandates for companies, market leaders in their industry sectors, including Grup Serban Holding, Profi, Pharmax/Dr Max, Fortuna Entertainment Group, and World Class Romania. Andreea has been recommended for several years as a Leading Associate in Legal 500 and as a Notable Practitioner in IFLR1000 for the Banking and finance section.
Georgiana Verives, Irina Marinescu, Maria Luca, George Capota and Ion Arhiliuc were promoted as Associates at RTPR. This recognition is the double result of passing the Definitivat exam (the final qualification exam for lawyers), as well as of the remarkable achievements in the projects in which they have worked. The performance of each of the five lawyers was appreciated by mentors and colleagues, offering them new opportunities to continue their professional development under the guidance and alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in Romania. Georgiana and Ion are part of the Banking & Finance team, and Irina, Maria and George are part of the Corporate/M&A team. During the two years of traineeship each of them was involved in numerous projects in which they had a significant contribution.
