Andreea Burtoiu is a counsel at RTPR, with over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance, acting on behalf of domestic and international banks and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral credit transactions and advising security takers and providers on the creation and perfection of security interests. She also provides advice on derivatives and cash management tools, restructuring transactions, as well as capital markets matters. Recently she coordinated the first mortgage bonds issue programme in Romania with a value of EUR 1 billion.

Andreea Burtoiu is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Personal

In 2004 Andreea Burtoiu graduated from the University of Bucharest, Law Faculty and from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Applied Modern Languages. Andreea also holds a Master degree on “Management of Banking Systems” from the Bucharest Academy for Economic Studies.
