Founder and chair of Dentons’ US Energy practice and co-chair of Dentons’ Global Energy Practice, the largest worldwide. Co-founder of the first of its kind law firm Think Tank on Smart Cities & Connected Communities that combines the resources of the largest law firm in the world to partner with individuals from government, academia and industry to craft innovative legal, economic and policy solutions including, grid modernization to advise city leaders and stakeholders on best practices. Clint remains at the forefront of energy developments, and handles among the highest-profile cases in the industry. He has a top tier litigation, appellate and regulatory track record over more than 650 proceedings. Clint also does extensive legislative and regulatory advocacy and major project development work. Most recently, Clint was named to, “Top Innovators 2018” by Public Utilities Fortnightly.
