Career

Clementine graduated from University College Dublin (BCI) in 2008 and qualified in 2017. She joined McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2013, where she currently works as an Of Counsel. Clementine advises clients in relation to all aspects of pensions law, with a focus on governance, restructuring, harmonization of benefits, exercise of discretion, pension adjustment orders and death in service benefits. She also advises extensively in relation to the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. Clementine has been part of a team providing scheme specific legal training to trustees and pension scheme committees, and has contributed to the McCann FitzGerald LLP in-house workshop legal update programme.
