Claire is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Management Team. Claire has extensive experience in complex commercial claims, particularly those relating to financial services or pensions.
Claire deals with pensions disputes. She is experienced in dealing with a wide range of pensions disputes, including professional negligence claims on behalf of both trustees and employers, representative proceedings seeking directions from the Court and Pensions Ombudsman complaints. She acted on behalf of one of the representative beneficiaries in the Court of Appeal case Trustee Solutions Limited -v- Dubery and another  1 All ER 826. She also advised a representative defendant in the recent proceedings brought by the trustee of the Pilots National Pension Fund (PNPF Trust Company Ltd v Taylor and others  EWHC 1573 (Ch)). Claire is also a specialist in dealing with enforcement proceedings instigated by the Financial Conduct Authority and AIM, and has recently deal with enforcement matters including market abuse, CASS, AML controls and SYSC related issues.
