Practice Areas
Christopher is an experienced patent litigator on strategic, cross-border disputes, including opposition work before the European Patent Office. He works in all fields of technology, from pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices to software and telecommunications. Christopher also litigates, arbitrates and mediates other types of intellectual property, licensing, antitrust and pharmaceutical regulatory issues.
Professional Memberships
Christopher is a Visiting Professor in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at University College London. He is on the Patents Subcommittee of AIPPI and the committee of UKAEL (FIDE), the Vice-Chair of the Competition Law Association (LIDC), and actively involved in EPLAW and AIPLA.
Publications
Christopher published his textbook “Parallel Trade in Europe: Intellectual Property, Competition and Regulatory Law” in 2007, alongside many articles in a range of leading journals since 2001.
