Her principal areas of practice include banking and financial law as well as corporate, commercial and banking litigation. She leads the litigation team and the energy team of the firm. She advises regularly banking and financial institutions as well as investors on a wide range of banking transactions, with emphasis on project finance transactions, infrastructure and energy projects and securitisation.
