Her principal areas of practice include banking and financial law as well as corporate, commercial and banking litigation.
She initially joined Karatzas & Partners in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.
Christina is an invited speaker at the International MBA of the Athens University of Economics and Business, from 2012 until today, lecturing on the legal aspects and role of the legal advisors in Project Finance.
She is a member of Athens Bar Association and Hellenic Commercial Lawyers Association.
Her recent work highlights include the financing of the 14 Regional Airports concession, the first sale of unsecured loan portfolio by a Greek Bank to a private investor, the listing of a medium term bond in the local market for the development of the Hellinikon project.
Christina regularly advises Greek and international funders and sponsors on a wide range of transactions such bonds issues, energy, infrastructure and real estate project development, acquisition financing, NPLs and securitisations.
She also worked as a consultant with the European Investment Bank.
