We advised Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank, in their capacity as Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners for the successful offering of a €130 million bond loan issued by Intralot S.A. and listed on the Athens Exchange Group.
The offering was oversubscribed by 1.55 times at appx. €202 million with a total participation of 5,467 investors, and priced at 6%, at the lowest end of the interest range.
Capital markets issues were handled by partner Alexandra Kondyli and senior counsel Eleana Rouga while partner Christina Faitakis assisted by associate Iliana Ioannou advised on the finance aspects of the issuance.
