Athens, 6 September 2021 - Karatzas & Partners advised Autohellas, owner of the largest private fleet of vehicles, with more than 48,000 vehicles and over 140 sales points in Greece and abroad, on a EUR 180 million financing transaction with JPMorgan Chase by securitizing long-term lease receivables. The transaction was as a sequence of the “pioneer” 2018 securitization with EIB, EIF, EBRD and KFW, which was an innovative securitization of receivables not originated by a credit institution in Greece.
The 2021 transaction is double the size of the 2018 securitization and marked the beginning of co-operation between Autohellas and JPMorgan Chase.
