Christie Grymes Thompson is a partner in firm’s Advertising and Marketing Law practice and has an expertise in consumer protection matters, including advertising, product safety, competitor challenges, and promotions. She counsels clients on all aspects of regulatory compliance, with a focus on statutes and regulations enforced by the FTC, CPSC, and state Attorneys General. She also advises clients to ensure that products on the market meet applicable safety standards, including complying with statutes and regulations enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Ms. Thompson is past chair of the ABA Antitrust Section, Consumer Protection Committee.
