Andrea L. Calvaruso is chair of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright practice and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Her clients include owners of some of the world’s best-known brands in a wide range of industries, including fashion, retail, consumer and technology products and entertainment. She is a trusted advisor, helping businesses build and maximize the value of their brands through thoughtful development, vigilant protection, and strategic monetization. She helps clients build and protect their intellectual property rights through counseling and transactional work, including licensing, domain name issues, trademark and content clearance, and management and enforcement of worldwide trademark portfolios. Andrea began her career as a commercial litigator and continues to litigate trademark, unfair competition, and copyright disputes in U.S. District Court, TTAB, and ICANN proceedings.
