Andrea L. Calvaruso is Chair of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright practice and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Her clients include owners of some of the world’s best known brands in a wide range of industries, including fashion, retail, consumer products and entertainment. She helps clients build and protect their intellectual property rights through counseling and transactional work, including licensing, domain name issues, trademark and content clearance, and management and enforcement of worldwide trademark portfolios. Ms. Calvaruso began her career as a commercial litigator and continues to litigate trademark, unfair competition, and copyright disputes in U.S. District Court, TTAB and ICANN proceedings.
