Barbara has litigated and won more than a dozen jury and bench trials involving claims arising under Title VII and the ADA, as well as the False Claims Act, FLSA, NY State Whistleblower Law, FMLA, and the ADEA. In addition to high-profile litigations and investigations, Barbara is also known for securing victories with significant relevance to the law, including one that recently settled an important issue for New Jersey LAD regarding disability discrimination law. Barbara works with human resources, in-house counsel and boards across all industries, ranging from healthcare and telecommunications to education, nonprofit and beyond. Known as a pragmatic, yet tough litigator and dynamic and persuasive trial attorney, Barbara is consistently recognized for her work.
