She has substantial experience in negotiating and advising in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and product lines in the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health sectors. She also routinely acts for private equity focused on life sciences investments, and manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in connection with their product licensing, marketing, distribution, and supply arrangements.
