Cheryl Satin

Cheryl's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments and commercial arrangements, with a particular focus on the financial services and life sciences industries. She has substantial experience in negotiating and advising in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and product lines in the banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health sectors. She also routinely acts for private equity and strategic investors in connection with minority investments and joint ventures in each of these sectors, and assists businesses in connection with material licensing, supply, distribution arrangements.
