Cheryl represents a diverse range of clients, including hospitals, dental practices, physician groups, and long-term care organizations. She offers strategic guidance on contractual, compliance, and transactional matters, ensuring that her clients’ arrangements align with their corporate goals and comply with both state and federal regulations. Cheryl assists clients with a wide range of day-to-day legal issues and questions that arise in the medical field, including licensing, AI regulatory compliance, and contractual and liability matters.
Cheryl previously served as the Chief Legal Officer for a leading private equity-supported physician practice management company, where she gained valuable insights into the legal and operational complexities of the industry. In a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, Cheryl provides clear and practical solutions to help clients navigate regulatory uncertainties. Cheryl is well-versed in key regulations such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.
