Tatziana co-heads Walkers' London Investment Funds Group.

She has over 21 years’ experience, including 14 years practicing Cayman Islands law.

Throughout her career, Tatziana has acted for major financial institutions, investment funds and asset managers based in London, New York and Hong Kong. This includes launching many of the world’s largest institutional and entrepreneurial investment managers. Tatziana has also advised on leading hedge fund launches over the past 14 years – her clients include managers starting their first funds as well as those managing the largest funds.

Tatziana’s experience includes structuring hedge funds, private-equity funds, hybrid funds and funds of funds, and accommodating seed and strategic investments. She also regularly advises fund clients in fintech, particularly investment managers launching fund cryptocurrency or digital asset funds. As well as this, Tatziana advises on all legal aspects affecting funds. This includes launching new products, restructurings and acquisitions, as well as regulatory, contentious and governance issues.

Tatziana is a frequent speaker at the International Bar Association. She has also written about issues facing the investment management industry, including Cayman structuring considerations for the Alternative Investment Management Association Journal.
