Catherine has over 20 years’ experience and specialises in advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex UK and cross-border transactions in the restructuring and insolvency market across a wide range of sectors.
Catherine joined Freshfields in 1999 and became a partner in 2010.
Catherine is Deputy Chairman of the City of London Law Society Insolvency Law Committee.
Catherine is a contributing editor for 'Getting the Deal Through: Restructuring & Insolvency 2023'.
