Karin is a partner in our Vienna office where she heads the People and Reward team. She specialises in employer-side employment and occupational pensions law, employment issues in multi-country corporate transactions and cross-border matters.
She advises on labour relations issues, company pensions, employment issues in M&A and restructuring projects, employee-focused internal investigations, and represents clients in employment and pensions litigation. From 2012 to 2018 Karin lectured at the Institute for Austrian and European Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Karin joined the firm in 2006. From 2012 until 2018 Karin lectured at the Institute for Austrian and European Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Karin became partner in 2017.
Karin a member of the Austrian Bar Association.
Karin is author of a number of publications on topics dealing with employment law.
Karin completed her legal education at the University of Vienna (Dr iur) and at the Anglia Ruskin University, UK. She speaks German and English.
