Felix Neuwirther

Felix is Head of Real Estate in the Vienna office. His specialist focus includes real estate M & A, property development, commercial lease and carve-outs. Felix frequently advises on real estate portfolio deals, office, shopping centre, hotel and logistics matters related to Central Europe and CEE. His clients include institutional investors, financial institutions, retailers, industrial enterprises, hotel operators and family offices. Felix’ core skills lie in his pragmatic approach, his positive, solution-oriented mindset, as well as in his negotiating skills. Clients appreciate that he proactively approaches topics and provides fast and simple solutions for complex matters whenever required.

Felix joined the firm in 2006 and was appointed to the Vienna Bar in 2011. He is an experienced lecturer, teaching civil law aspects of real estate investments at several institutes.

Felix is a member of the Vienna Bar.

Felix completed his legal education at the University of Vienna in 2005. During his studies he gained working experience in the Austrian Trade Commission in Chicago, USA. Felix qualifies for obtaining business licences related to real estate development, facility management and real estate brokerage and is an established lecturer on real estate-related aspects of Austrian civil law. He speaks German, English and French.
