Catherine has over 25 years’ experience and specialises in advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex UK and cross-border transactions in the restructuring and insolvency market across a wide range of sectors.
Catherine joined Freshfields in 1999 and became a partner in 2010.
Catherine is Chair of the City of London Law Society Insolvency Law Committee.
Catherine is a contributing editor for Panoramic: Restructuring & Insolvency 2024, which gives an overview of restructuring and insolvency laws and regulations across over 30 jurisdictions.
Catherine studied law at Downing College, Cambridge.
