Carolina Trejos has led the negotiation and implementation of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in a wide range of sectors, coordinating the different legal teams.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she was a partner in the corporate and M&A practice of a well-known Colombian firm.

Career

She has lectured at different universities in Colombia for over 10 years, particularly lecturing on obligations and contracts. She was director of the Pregraduate Studies in Law at Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia (2017-2018).
