Camilo has handled numerous international commercial arbitration matters under the various international arbitration rules, including AAA/ICDR, ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and in a variety of forums, including the U.S. and the UK. He also has substantial experience handling disputes under investment treaties and disputes related to oil & gas as well as large infrastructure projects.
In addition, Camilo represents clients before U.S. state and federal courts in litigation related to arbitration issues, including the enforcement of awards, applications to obtain evidence in aid of arbitration, and seeking preliminary relief.
