Co-chair of V&E's Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Craig focuses on defending companies involved in high profile international cartel investigations and has been involved in many of the largest cartel investigations over the past 25 years. He also defends companies in follow-on class actions and opt out litigation. Craig represents companies in civil investigations conducted by the DoJ and FTC, including merger investigations. Craig also provides antitrust counseling, especially with regard to distribution issues.
