Patricia is a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice. She advises clients on a wide range of compensation and employee benefits arrangements, particularly with regard to issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and initial public offerings. She provides advice regarding employment agreements, separation agreements, equity compensation programs, cash compensation programs, deferred compensation, retirement plans, and the tax aspects of compensation arrangements.
Patricia represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies as well as public companies across many industries including healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and business and professional services. Her practice also encompasses counseling clients in day-to-day executive compensation and benefits matters and related corporate governance matters.
