represented corporations, officers, directors, investors, auditors, and underwriters in dozens of securities class actions involving companies that
operate across a wide range of industry sectors, including many technology and life sciences companies. Michael has also litigated and counseled
clients on fiduciary duty and disclosure issues, including in connection with proposed M&A transactions, executive and board transitions, shareholder activism activities, disappointing financial performance, and financial restatements. In addition, he has led numerous internal investigations for special litigation committees, demand committees, audit committees, and corporate management on issues ranging from insider trading and mismanagement claims to financial fraud, corporate bribery, sexual harassment, and conflict of interests allegations.
