Cam is a trusted advisor to numerous Canadian and international private equity funds and companies, leading on a range of M&A, private equity and venture capital deals, financings, joint ventures and information technology transactions. His practice is primarily cross border and spans many different industries – including digital infrastructure, pharmaceutical/life sciences, retail, healthcare and technology. He is a founding member of the steering committee for the annual Canadian Private Equity M&A forum, an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he teaches a Mergers and Acquisitions course, and a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Canadian IT Law Association and the Canada Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
