Brooke Jamison

Brooke is a partner in the Corporate, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. She is highly regarded for her expertise, judgment and deep knowledge of the market in the fund formation area. Brooke works with a number of prominent fund sponsors and institutional investors within Canada and globally, including in the private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and debt fund contexts. She routinely advises established and startup funds on fundraising activities and secondary transactions including structured and GP-led secondary transactions. Brooke is a recognized expert in compensation arrangements for private fund managers and she is frequently retained to provide advice and guidance for the structuring and implementation of carried interest plans and other performance-based compensation arrangements.
