She is highly regarded for her expertise, judgment and deep knowledge of the market in the fund formation area. Brooke works with a number of prominent fund sponsors and institutional investors within Canada and globally, including in the private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and debt fund contexts. She routinely advises established and startup funds on fundraising activities and secondary transactions including structured and GP-led secondary transactions; carried interest plans and other compensation arrangements; restructurings; and environmental, social and governance matters. Brooke also regularly counsels private equity and venture capital funds on their M&A transactions and investments.
