Career

Brinkley Dickerson advises on complex M&A, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and public offerings. His clients include industrial and technology companies such as AGCO, Belden, Domtar, and Ribbon; a range of financial technology and consumer lenders such as GreenSky and Atlanticus; utilities; and investment banking firms. He also advises a major trade association on SEC policy issues and in that capacity prepares comment letters on most significant SEC rule proposals. Brinkley regularly advises other companies and their audit committees on accounting and audit challenges (including related disclosure issues) and similar issues, and is a frequent speaker on SEC reporting requirements and internal processes designed to produce timely, accurate SEC reports.
